More speed!

If your home is fiber-connected Vodafone offers you a symmetrical speed of up to 50 Mbit/sec! That means, that both your download and upload speed can reach 50 Mbit/sec.

If you‘re connected to the world through a normal phone line (DSL) we offer the highest speed your line can handle. Top that! The connection speed is 12 Mbit/sec but poor quality of your line, your equipment and distance from our service point may reduce the speed.

TV over fiber or DSL

With Vodafone you can use your internet connection to receive a TV signal for your home.

You can rent movies of your choice through our interactive interface which is available in both Icelandic and English, watch up to 70 TV stations from all over the world and listen to 11 radio stations. Call 1414 for details.

If you don't need a phone

With Vodafone you can connect to the internet without having a home phone (fixed line) number. That way you can save 1.590 kr. every month. Call 1414 for details.

Our DSL home-zone

Within our DSL home zone you can get more speed, up to 12 Mbit/sec and have the option of having a DSL connection without a fixed line.

Only available on our DSL home-zone with a 6 months contract. Installation fee: 6.263 kr.

What if I download too much?

We do our best to prevent customers from creating extra cost for themselves! When they're approaching their download limit we notify them and offer upgrades (where available). When customers reach the limit we cap the usage, so they won't be billed for the possible overspill!

If you need more data we offer 5 GB extra for a 990 kr. one time fee.

ADSL outside our home-zone - Prices

Outside our own DSL home-zone we offer Internet service even though the connection fee (for the copper wire) to Síminn. Vodafone charges for the internet service and the usage of the home phone.
